Minutes of 8/23/2017 were approved
as read. (“ And a good time was had by all.” It was our annual picnic and
we all traveled to the PVH bridge for a pre-view.”)

Old Business:
Monitor update. Jane Jenks
will send a report in the near future.
Bridge Project update: The
bridge is done. Some remaining work includes the electrical. A
solar power plant for lighting.
Two flower boxes to be
filled. And the walk way to the beach. ( to be done by the Village)
New Business:
A project for the Galilee
conservation group was discussed, per their request. Suggested was
brushing out some walking paths. It was discussed the snow mobile club be
contacted to help also. Invasive species cutting around Village Park was
also suggested.
The next PRP project ideas:
Create a history of the PVH bridge
and the construction of the bridge.
Create a project of channelization
for the Pewaukee River from the outfall down to the PVH bridge.
Stream bank restoration would enhance the river flow.
Create a “river walk” south
of Oakton Ave. as far as Watertown Plank Rd.
