Minutes of 10/24 /19 were approved as read.
Treasurer
Report, Balance is $ 13,192.92. Charlie requested $137.55 reimbursement
for welding wire and platform fittings
Old
Business:
Clark street
bridge railings. The old railings were removed in order to do the fitting
of the new railings. The old railings were then put back in place. Luke
has finished the letters using the plasma cutter at the school. After welding
the letters in place painting and finishing will need to be completed. We
need a heated space 6’ x 24’ to do the painting of the railings due our early
winter. Call Charlie at 262 443-6737 if you have such a space we can
use.
Bridge
Electrical. The Electrical work is complete.
PHS
Scholarship: No determination has been made for a Scholarship.
Bridge
Decorations. Evergreen boughs have been installed in the flower boxes. It
was suggested that red bows be added.
Platforms.
The donated platforms have been installed at Kiwanis Park.
New
Business: Projects for 2020:
Koepp park
benches. Bench placement is an issue at this time.
River Run
Canoe take out. A take out at Riverwood Dr. is a possibility and is being
looked into.
Paul Evert
proposed the addition of a Flower Box and a light pole, on the south side of
the West ramp. The box and pole will be similar to the other boxes and
poles. Motion passed.
A proposal
for a (bank) water terrace rearrangement south of Oakton was made. This is
being proposed to increase water flow during high water periods. The project is
listed in our River Management Plan.
