Treasurer Report,
Balance is $ 8,724.24
Old
Business:
A renewal of the
liability insurance (during construction) was discussed. This would
extend the insurance for small projects that are being finished. We will look
in to a reduced amount.
Electrification
of the PVH bridge. Discussions were held with contractors on the possible
approaches for underground boring from the village light pole. Once we have the
numbers from the contractors, we can decide on solar vs power from the grid.
Jim Siepmann asked that we wait before we make a decision since he is working
with the new developer on a path from the bridge to the road. We may be able to
hookup from that direction.
The Galilee
project report. The Galilee church group cut what amounted to 9 loads of
brush that was hauled away by PRP.
The cutting was done along the Pewaukee river at the village park. Thank
you for your great job.
New Business:
The Simmons woods
bulletin board. The site needs some attention such as new window and
information update. A meeting at the site will be scheduled. The
meeting will be on an “on call” basis.
