Minutes and Correspondence – The Minutes of the March 28, 2019 meeting were approved as written.
Treasure’s Report- Current Balance $8007.50. The HJKIF balance is $3805. Charlie received reimbursement of $469.44 for plants from Agrecol.
Monitor Update – Algae bloom on the lake is still making the river green.
Old Business – 2019 native plant sale – Charlie reported that almost half of the plants on order had been sold through presales. We will be picking up the plants on Thursday to allow more time for pulling presale orders.
Girl Scout project – They will be working on the 18th at the same time as the bridge dedication. They have things well organized and will need little help from PRP.
Restoration Project – Outfall to bridge. Charlie will be meeting with Nick
New Business – Paul requested that we cut the brush and trees around the pond at Kiwanis Park. A 9am starting time was requested.
Nancy requested we contact one of the donors with our 501c3 information so we can receive a matching grant from his company.
Phalin the new head of Park and Rec to explain the proposed project.
