September Minutes 2014

Draft minutes- Pewaukee River Partnership- September 25, 2014

1. Minutes and Correspondence – The minutes of the August meeting were approved as written.

2. Treasure’s Report – After the reimbursement to Charlie for potluck and Office Max the balance is $5,899.21. An expenditure not to exceed $1,500 was approved for the canoe launch project at H.J. Koepp River Parkway.

3. Monitor Update- No report.

4. Old Business- Project Planning, The construction of the canoe launch platform at H.J. Koepp River Parkway (Village Parking Lot) will be on September 29^th from 3pm till dark. Additional dates will be set at the time if needed. Charlie will pickup required materials.

5. New Business- Linda will check with Park and Rec to see what kind of sign is required at the new launch and possible costs.
