The Minutes of 9/21/2017 were approved.
Treasurer Report, Balance was not available.
Pewaukee Park and Recreation reimbursed PRP for
expenses of $923.82 for the bridge project.
C. Shong was reimbursed for expenses incurred on the
Bridge Project. $199.39.
Old Business:
A. Bridge project update. The pier and
abutments are almost finished and the next step is epoxy paint for the
finish.
Saturday (10/21) will be painting day. We are
still looking for a space to construct the trusses off site. Call
C. Shong if you have or know of a space we can use. The space would
have to accommodate
45 foot trusses. Members viewed project photos that
will be forwarded to Linda for the blog.
B. Project T-shirts: Charlie and Linda will be
ordering T-shirts of various sizes from Reeling Company in Pewaukee. They
have offered to do the shirts without a labor charge.
New Business: No new business came before the
board.
