Draft Minutes - Pewaukee River Partnership – October 23, 2014

1.     Minutes and Correspondence -  The minutes of the September meeting were approved as written.

2.     Treasurer’s Report –  No report. Charlie reported that the cost of the canoe launch at Riverside Park was just over $500.                

3.     Monitor Update – Ray reminder all to submit all data for the year.

4.     Old Business –

A.   Project Planning – Charlie will contact the Village and DNR about requirements for bridge construction at Koepp Riverside Park.

B.   Canoe launch signage – Linda reported that Park and Rec would like to see signs consistent with the existing signs at the park. Charlie presented an alternative sign and will check to see if it is acceptable.

5.     New Business – It was suggested that we contact the library, City, Village, LPSD, Positively Pewaukee and the Chamber of Commerce to request links to our blogspot.

It was reported that a tree was down by the Siepmann Realty office. We will check it out and schedule a removal if required.

6.     Next meeting date –  December 4, 2014   (CANCELLED)
