Minutes of 3/22/2018 Were approved.
Attendance: C Shong, P Evert,
D Swan, J Willis, R Schwabe, L Deppe
Treasurer Report, Balance is $6,759.79
Minutes of 2/15/18 were approved.
Old Business:
A Motion was made and a second was made to
reimburse C.Shong for the 25% down payment on the purchase of plants for the
plant sale in May, ($752.78) and for the annual corporation filing fee.
($10.00) Motion passed.
Out 501-C3 status was updated for 2018.
Bridge project -- Update at Koepp park.
Timbers are at the Bridge site. Beach
Side Rentals hepled us move the timbers to our site. Thank you
to Beach Side Rentals. Globe Contractors is very generous
with the loan of a construction trailer for storage of tools and materials on
the job site. Thank you Globe Contractors. The
Flower Boxes are also on site.
Work days will be scheduled by an "on
call" basis via E-Mail. Watch for E-Mails.
Plant Sale: Pre-sale orders are being
taken. The last day for pre-sale orders is April 20th. The Plant Sale
will be May 12th 2018. The sale will be East of Sal's Pizza, 220 Oakton
Ave. Pewaukee, WI.
PRP "T" shirts - The t-shirts and
printing were donated by Reeling Cart and Case in Pewaukee.
Thank You. Shirts were given to meeting attendees.
River debris in the Pewaukee river:
Unresolved at this time.
New Business:
The "Moonshiners Snowmobile Club" has
offered to help the PRP with some of out projects. The club will be
contacted about some of our needs.
