Attendance: C Shong, R Schwabe, L Deppe, J Willis, N Koepp
Treasurer Report, Balance is $17399.17
Minutes of 5/18/2023 were approved as written.
Old Business:
Charlie Shong was reimbursed $ 605.37 for the 6th & 7th grade class program at Koepp Park.
New “Walk your bike sign” for the bridge and a watershed sign at Penny’s Bridge were included.
The Pedestrian bridge at Koepp Park was discussed. This project is yet in the planning stage.
The Plant Sale was a success with nearly 3,000 plants sold. Profit from the sale was $3350.32
The Clean Water Festival will be held on 6/24/2023 and volunteers are needed to explain our involvement in the Pewaukee River. An hour or so is needed.
T-shirts and Hats, Linda reported she is getting quotes for both from a vendor.
New Business:
Charlie Shong showed the new signs that will be posted at the bridge.
PRP received a donation from the Pewaukee Women’s Club. C. Shong will send a Thank You.
