Attendance: C Shong, P Evert, J Willis, R Schwabe, N Koepp
Minutes of 5/17/2018 Were approved as written.
Treasurer Report, Balance is $ 9101.54.
Old Business:
C Shong was reimbursed for additional plants that were purchased after the sale and also for signage that was purchased for the Bridge project. Total reimbursed was $ 277.30.
Net profit from the plant sale was $ 2004.29.
There was not a monitor report.
Bridge report: The Bridge is showing good progress. As of today the North side of the roof is being worked on. The roof on the South side is complete.
The bulletin board at Simmons woods is being addressed.
New Business:
Thanks to volunteers Luke and Erick for cutting brush and helping on the Bridge project.
They were a great help with some of the “heavy” work and with painting and staining of the roof boards. Nice job. Thank you very much.
