The meeting was called to order at 6:35 PM.
Attendance: C Shong, P Evert, R Schwabe, Nancy Koepp
The minutes of 11/16/2017 were approved.
Treasurers, report: Balance is 6,879.79. There are no outstanding bills.
Old Business;
The Bridge report: The abutments are completed. The main supports have been delivered and are stored at the City lot. All the cedar timbers for the upper structure are there as well. The decking for the roof and the walkways is being stored at the Village lot.
The Flower Boxes and Roof Trusses will be constructed in the near future.
We will be looking for a place to store the Flower Boxes and Roof Trusses, (in door storage) when we complete them. Covered Storage about 12' X 12' ( + ) would work.

Nancy Koepp reported that the Pewaukee Womans Club is offering to help us with construction.
T-Shirts; Will be part of the project for our helpers.
River Debris; We will address the debris in better weather.
New Business; No new business came before the committee.
