The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
Attendance: C Shong, P
Evert, Nancy Koepp, Jim Willis, Linda Deppe
The minutes of 1/18/2018 were approved as
written.
Treasurers, report: Balance is
6,879.79. Charlie reported that the $120 Post Office box fee is due for
the year and the annual report fee for the Wisconsin Corporation of $10 will be
due in March.
Old Business;
The Bridge report: The flower boxes and
trusses are complete. We will begin work on the upper cedar timbers shortly. We
are waiting for the metal plates and brackets to be completed by Sjoberg Tool
in Hartland. As soon as those parts are complete we can begin cutting and
drilling on the main timbers. We will be starting the work on the angle
brackets shortly.
T-Shirts; Still a work in progress.
River Debris; We will address the
debris in better weather.
New Business; All agreed we should the
annual plant sale. The sale will be held on May 12th. Charlie will
order plants and send out the early order forms.
The next meeting is scheduled for 3/15/2018
