Pewaukee River Partnership – Draft minutes – February 26, 2015

1. Minutes and Correspondence – Minutes of the January meeting were approved as written. Charlie reported that the 2014 incorporation filing had been received from the State of Wisconsin. He will file as well as update the Federal 501c(3) report.

2. Treasure’s Report – Nancy was unavailable. Charlie reported that the current balance was $5374.38. Charlie requested payment of $92 for the P.O. box fee paid by his visa. Approved.

3. Monitor Update – Jayne Jenks requested that all monitors be sure to submit 2014 data

4. Old Business

1. Plant sale – The date of the sale will be May 9^th.  Charlie was authorized to buy up to $2,000 worth of plants from Agrecol for the sale.

2. Project Planning – Charlie will continue to follow up with the Village regarding the construction of the covered bridge at Koepp Riverside Park.

3.  Debris Removal – We will wait for better weather for removal of the tree at the Chase Bank property as well as check for other removal projects.
