Meeting Minutes, Pewaukee Public Library
Attendance: Charge Shong, Ray Schwabe, Nancy Koepp, Paul Evert, Brian Harms, Linda Deppe
The Minutes of 2/20/2020 were approved.
Treasurer Report, N Koepp, Checking Balance is $10,132.11
Old Business:
The PRP 2023 scholarship fund award of $750 will be presented to Ryan Hamell. The award will be presented at the Silver Spring Country Club on Wed. April 26th.
The plants have been ordered for the May 13th 2023 plant sale. 2,800 plants have been ordered for a cost of $4382.00. Orders have totaled 61 so far.
Brian reported on his progress on the “bridge boardwalk” project. A survey of the grades is needed. This work will be done Above the Ordinary High Water mark. (OHW)
T-shirts and Hats: Linda reported that prices have gone up and recommended we purchase up to 20 shirts at this time. Colors would be a blue design on a gray T-shirt.
Hats are still in the research stage.
New Business:
Charlie made motion that we purchase a Watershed sign and an Rip-rap sign. One sign explaining the reason for Rip-rap at the outfall of Pewaukee Lake and a second explaining our Watershed. The Watershed sign would be placed at Koepp Park. The Rip-rap sign would be placed at the Pewaukee Lake outfall. Motion was made and seconded. The motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30.
The next meeting is scheduled for May 18, 2023.
